Jen Clark Design provides branding, graphic design, digital design and digital strategy services. All projects are subject to individual agreements and quotes.
2. Intellectual Property
All design work, content and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Jen Clark Design unless otherwise stated. Full ownership of completed project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.
3. Limitation of Liability
Jen Clark Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
