THE CHALLENGE

Whitehorse Manningham Libraries serves two council areas. The annual report had to acknowledge that scale while still feeling like the welcoming community spaces members use.

OUR APPROACH

01

Member-led narrative

We led with member and program stories, with operational and financial reporting following in their own clearly structured sections.
