PROBLEM

PROBLEM

Compliance content felt impersonal

Compliance content felt impersonal

THE CHALLENGE

Mambourin wanted an annual report that felt genuine to participants and staff, balancing compliance content with stories from the year across print and on-screen.

OUR APPROACH

01

Story-first structure

We led with participant stories and program highlights, then layered governance, financials, and acknowledgements behind them.

THE SOLUTION

An annual report Mambourin can hand to a family, a funder, or a board member with equal confidence.

RESULTS

One report Mambourin can hand to a family, funder, or board member with equal confidence, built on a single grid that holds for next year.
